Seminole Financial Services, LLC Provides Financing For a 500kW Solar Project in Hamilton Township, New Jersey

Belleair Bluffs, FL – February 2, 2010 –

Seminole Financial Services, LLC (“Seminole”) announced today the closing of a $1.4 million transaction with American Capital Energy to fund the construction and installation of a 500kW solar photovoltaic project in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. The installation will be on the rooftops of three buildings in the Quakerbridge Plaza, which is approximately five miles northeast of downtown Trenton. The annual energy output of the installation is expected to be approximately 725,000kWh and will be used to offset electricity costs by the tenants of the buildings. The system is already under construction and is planned to be operational in a few months.

 

American Capital Energy (“ACE”) is a private, for-profit solar power systems integrator that provides a comprehensive design, build and manage approach to placing either ground or building mounted solar panels “inside the fence” at businesses wishing to offset their electricity use with renewable energy.
