Joe has been with the Seminole Companies since operations began in 2009. Prior to joining Seminole, Joe was an Account Executive at a builder supply company in Orlando. He was responsible for business development, contract negotiation and maintaining relationships with many of the nation’s largest homebuilders. In 2008, he joined Banks & Associates, LLC as an Associate. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and Michigan and a Candidate for the CCIM designation. Joe has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
