With more than 35 years of experience in the real estate finance business, John started with CitiCorp Real Estate Finance in Washington, DC in the 1970s. He then opened an office for CitiCorp in the Tampa area. In 1990, he joined The Midland Companies in Clearwater before moving to Dallas to open a regional office for Midland. He remained with Midland after the sale to MMA Financial, LLC, and was manager of the MMA Dallas office until 2005. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
