Chairman and CEO, Robert J. Banks, has been a leader in the real estate finance business for nearly 40 years. In 2008, the Seminole Companies was formed based on the successful foundation of his predecessor organization, the Midland Mortgage Corporation. Banks and Midland had a history of anticipating and responding to the ever-changing needs of a diverse group of clients and established trusted, long-term relationships. It is a reputation we continue to uphold today.
