Prior to joining Seminole, Scott spent six years in commercial real estate banking at Bank of America, beginning in the commercial real estate training program in 2006, followed by three years underwriting and managing development and acquisition loans in Boston, MA. He transferred to the commercial real estate workout group in Tampa, FL in 2009, working on distressed development loans. Scott graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston University in Boston, MA, and received an MBA from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Additionally, Scott volunteers at Project Prosper, a financial education and micro-lending not-for-profit where he serves on the Board of Directors and is their acting Treasurer.
