Terry spent more than 15 years with a major New York City bank, managing operations in sectors such as commercial banking, wealth management and mortgage banking. Subsequent to that she worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of NY. In early 1999, she joined The Midland Companies as Vice President, Treasury and Finance Manager. She stayed with MuniMae after The Midland Companies were sold, leaving in late 2005 to take a position as Senior Financial Analyst for Raymond James Financial in St. Petersburg. Terry has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queens College and Master of Business Administration specializing in finance from Capella University.
