Tom joined the Seminole Companies as Director of Investor Relations in 2009. Prior to joining Seminole, Tom was Executive Secretary for the City of Detroit General Retirement System and the City of Detroit Police & Fire Retirement System. After retiring in 1998, he joined The Midland Companies to be in charge of Investor Relations. After the sale of Midland to MMA Financial, LLC, he remained with MMA Financial until January of 2009. Tom is former president of the Michigan Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems and is a graduate of Wayne State University.
